RESEPI DURIAN CREPE

salam..mau share resepi DC yg still hot!

actually, resepi crepe ni jpe pas jln2 kt blog blogger yg sgt la femes k.azlita masam manis, resepi asal leh tgk kt link k.azlita tu ye..=) sy modified sikit2.  filling die lak dr honey kt myresepi n adjust lg. resepi filling ni sbnrny resepi filling cream puff, tp sy tmbh ngn whipping cream nk bg die lg creamy..n the result is superb sedap!! x caye?????try dlu na..moh kte tgk bhn2 ny..lalalala~~~(nk baking, hati kene hepi!=D)

CREPE
250 gm tepung gandum
3 biji telur
500 ml santan
1/2 sudu teh garam
1 sudu teh pandan emulco
1 sudu teh pewarna hijau

1 tbsp butter (ni k.ude sy tmbh, die kte lg lembap..n mmg t'bukti..=) )

cara2ny.

campur semua, pastu blend @ masukkn dlm mixer, mix kejap smpai rata)

pastu leh la masak die..mcm lempeng tu..xyh terbalikkkn tau. lg nipis lg best. 

FILLING CUSTARD

Bahan-bahan ( lebih kurang 300ml )
1 sudu besar tepung
1 sudu besar tepung jagung
4 sudu besar gula
200cc(1 cup) susu segar
1 biji telur (L size)
1 sudu besar mentega

100g whipping cream (ni main agak2 je)

isi DURIAN (only valid utk durian crepe ye, except korg nk buat cream puff durian..boleh saja dong..hehe)

CARA2 nk buat filling custard

campur sume bahan except butter, pastu blend kejap bagi rata n x b'ketul. masak ngn api slow, kacau s'tiase..kacao smpai die pekat n meletup2. tutup api, masukkn butter n kacau sampai rata. sejukkan sampai btul2 sejuk. dh sejuk, amek whipping cream dr pti beku lebih kurang 200g, mix dgn adunan custard td (sila guna mixer ye, high speed.) smpai nmpak fluffy (lbih kurg 3 minit kot). ready!=)

okeh, crepe n filling die dh siap. moh kite sediakn crepe yg sedap ye..=) 

bentang crepe, isi filling custard, durian, custard lg,.last, korg bungkus la ikut suke rase anda ye. ehe..senang je kn...selamat m'cuba..=) wassalam..=)
